Recycled Aluminum Hardware Process:
1. It starts with harvesting aluminum waste.
2. Aluminum waste is melted in a hot oven.
3. The aluminum is reshaped into bar form.
4. The aluminum bars are softened and flattened into sheets.
5. Aluminum is die-cut into recycled hardware.
6. The finished product: recycled aluminum bad hardware.
Recycled Rubber Components Process:
1. It starts with KEEN carbon rubber outsoles.
2. The excess rubber is trimmed from the outsoles, a process called "flashing".
3. The rubber trimmings are harvested.
4. Reclaimed rubber is reworked, remolded, and pressed into sheets.
5. The finished product: harvested, recycled rubber components
